## What this firm publishes

FundedSeat (Funded Seat) is a futures prop firm built around daily payouts. Its help centre describes a path from a trading challenge to a funded stage paying a 90% profit split that can be withdrawn daily, and on to an invitation-only live account. It runs five 1-step challenges (Daily, Sprint, Daily Pro, Flex and Daily Ultra) and two instant funding accounts (Bolt and Direct), with account sizes from $25,000 to $150,000. Traders get CME, CBOT, COMEX and NYMEX futures on WealthCharts, DeepCharts, TradingView, Tradesea and Rithmic R Trader Pro.

Every FundedSeat challenge has a 6% profit target, no minimum trading days and no time limit, and every account uses an end-of-day (EOD) trailing drawdown. On a $50,000 account that drawdown is $2,000 on Daily, Sprint, Flex, Daily Ultra and both instant accounts, and $1,500 on Daily Pro. The consistency rule changes with the plan: 50% in the Daily and Flex evaluations (with 35% and 40% options), 40% on Daily Pro, 26% or 35% on Daily Ultra, 25% for the first Sprint payout and 20% for the first Bolt payout, while Direct applies a 15% biggest trade rule to each payout. Positions must be closed before the daily market close, so no trade can be held overnight or over the weekend. Bots and EAs, hedging and latency arbitrage are prohibited, and copy trading is allowed only between a trader's own accounts. News trading is allowed except on funded Daily Ultra accounts, which must be flat from 1 minute before to 1 minute after USD red folder news.

FundedSeat pays 90% on most plans and 80% on Daily Ultra. Payouts can be requested daily from day one on Daily, Daily Pro and Direct, daily from the second payout on Sprint and Bolt, every 4 trading days on Flex, and without a daily limit on Daily Ultra. The firm says most are processed within 5 hours on average, through Rise by bank transfer or crypto, with minimums from $250. All purchases are non-refundable, and the help centre does not publish prices. The restricted list is long, service is temporarily unavailable in the UK and much of the EEA, and the United States is not on it.

## Frequently asked questions

### What is FundedSeat's profit split?

FundedSeat pays a 90% profit split on its 1-Step Daily, Sprint, Daily Pro and Flex funded accounts and on the Bolt and Direct instant accounts. The 1-Step Daily Ultra plan pays 80%.

### What are the FundedSeat drawdown rules?

Every FundedSeat account uses an end-of-day (EOD) trailing drawdown. It is $2,000 on a $50,000 account on most plans and $1,500 on Daily Pro, and the $100,000 Daily Ultra account offers a $2,250 or $3,000 option at checkout.

### Does FundedSeat have a consistency rule?

Yes, and it varies by plan. The Daily and Flex evaluations use 50% (with 35% and 40% options), Daily Pro 40%, Daily Ultra 26% or 35%, Sprint 25% and Bolt 20% for the first payout only, and Direct a 15% biggest trade rule on each payout.

### How do FundedSeat payouts work?

Most FundedSeat plans allow daily payout requests: from day one on Daily, Daily Pro and Direct, and from the second payout on Sprint and Bolt. Flex pays every 4 trading days and Daily Ultra has no daily limit; payouts go through Rise by bank transfer or crypto, and the firm says most are processed within 5 hours on average.

### Does FundedSeat offer instant funding?

Yes. The Instant Model Bolt and Instant Model Direct accounts skip the evaluation, in $25,000, $50,000 and $100,000 sizes, with an EOD trailing drawdown and a 90% profit split.

### Does FundedSeat allow news trading?

Yes, on every plan except funded 1-Step Daily Ultra accounts. Those must have no open positions or orders from 1 minute before to 1 minute after any USD high-impact red folder news event.

### Does FundedSeat allow EAs and copy trading?

EAs, bots and any automated or algorithmic trading are prohibited at FundedSeat. Copy trading is allowed only between accounts you personally own and trade, and hedging, high-frequency trading and latency arbitrage are banned.

### Can you hold trades overnight at FundedSeat?

No. FundedSeat requires all positions to be closed before 4:59 PM EST Monday to Thursday and before 3:59 PM EST on Friday, so swing trading is not possible; open positions are closed automatically without failing the account.

### How many accounts can you have at FundedSeat?

FundedSeat allows unlimited evaluations and up to 5 funded accounts at once, no more than 3 of them from the 150K, Flex 50%, Daily 50% or Daily Pro plans. Up to 2 Daily Ultra accounts can be held on top of that.

### Which countries are restricted at FundedSeat?

FundedSeat does not accept traders residing in a long list of countries including China, Japan, Singapore, South Africa, Turkey and the UAE, and its service is temporarily unavailable in the United Kingdom and much of the EEA, including Germany, France, Italy and Spain. The United States is not on the list.

### Does FundedSeat refund the challenge fee?

No. FundedSeat states that all purchases are non-refundable, in whole or in part, including resets and data fees. A failed evaluation can be reset from the dashboard, but a funded account cannot.

### Is FundedSeat legit?

The FundedSeat pages read name no legal entity, registration or regulator. Identity checks run through Sumsub, all purchases are non-refundable, and a move to a live account is invitation-only and granted at FundedSeat's discretion.
