About the firm
Aqua Futures is the futures programme of AquaFunded, which absorbed the standalone brand - aquafutures.io now forwards to aquafunded.com/futures, where the futures challenges are sold. The model is a flex one: a challenge with an unlimited time limit and a 50% consistency rule that disappears once funded, then a funded account that pays a fixed reward per size rather than a percentage of profit, after five winning days at a published daily figure. Only one funded account trades at a time, each account pays three rewards and then closes, and unlimited accounts can be bought. The split is 90% with a 100% option available as a checkout add-on, and sizes run from $2,500 to $400,000.
Founded: September 2023
Aqua Futures now trades as the futures programme of AquaFunded and publishes no founding date of its own; Prop Firm Pal dates it from the registration of aquafunded.com in September 2023.

Leverage & contract limits
Position limits: A 50K account allows 4 contracts / 40 micros at any moment, in both the challenge and the funded account.
Futures accounts are sized by contract limit and exchange margin rather than by a leverage multiplier, so no forex-style leverage figure applies.
Risk model: End-of-day drawdown on both stages, with a maximum drawdown of $2,000 on a 50K and no daily loss limit anywhere. Consistency is 50% during the challenge and none once funded. The funded reward is capped at a fixed figure per size - $1,000 on a 50K - and needs five winning days of $200 or more first.
Commissions & fees
The challenge has no time limit and a 50% consistency rule that applies during the challenge only. Funded accounts have no daily loss limit and no consistency rule, use end-of-day drawdown, and allow news trading, weekend holding and expert advisors. Rewards are a fixed figure per account size rather than a share of whatever was earned - $1,000 on a 50K - and require five winning days at a published daily threshold ($200 on a 50K). Only one funded account trades at a time: others queue and go live as each closes, and each account pays three rewards before closing. Account resets are available, there is no activation fee, and swap-free and on-demand reward options are offered. AquaFunded states it has more than 300,000 traders and has paid over $8 million.
Firm rules
The brand now sits inside AquaFunded
aquafutures.io forwards on
Aqua Futures does not run a separate site any more. Every address tested on aquafutures.io, with and without www and over both http and https, forwards off-domain to aquafunded.com/futures, where the futures challenges are sold. The programme is the same; the brand is not independent.
A fixed reward, not a share
$1,000 on a 50K
The funded payout is a published flat figure for the account size rather than a percentage of whatever was earned - AquaFunded describes it as the reward paid for that size, not an average. A 50K pays $1,000, and five winning days of $200 or more are needed before it can be requested.
Three rewards, then the account closes
And one trades at a time
Each funded account pays three rewards and is then closed. Unlimited accounts can be bought, but only one funded account trades at a time - the others queue and go live as each closes. There is no path to live capital on this model.
Consistency only in the challenge
50%, then none
A 50% consistency rule applies while passing the challenge and is dropped entirely on the funded account, which also has no daily loss limit. The challenge itself has no time limit.
End-of-day drawdown, no daily limit
$2,000 on a 50K
Drawdown is measured on the end-of-day balance at both stages, set at $2,000 on a 50K, and there is no daily loss limit on either the challenge or the funded account - breaching the max drawdown is the only hard stop.
90% split, 100% as an add-on
Ticked at checkout
The standard split is 90% to the trader. A 100% profit split is available as a paid add-on at checkout, as are swap-free and on-demand reward options. There is no activation fee.
Permissive trading rules
News, weekends and EAs
News trading, weekend holding and expert advisors are all allowed, and account resets are available - a notably permissive rule set for a futures programme.

FAQs
5No. aquafutures.io forwards to aquafunded.com/futures, so the futures programme is now sold inside AquaFunded. The rules, prices and payouts on this page are AquaFunded's futures terms.
It is a fixed reward for your account size rather than a percentage of profit - $1,000 on a 50K. You need five winning days of at least $200 before you can request it, and each funded account pays three rewards before it closes. Rewards can be taken on demand or within 7 days depending on the option bought.
A 50K was listed at $168 one-time on 26 October 2026, with $109 under a 35% promotion and deeper discounts of 40% to 50% for buying a second, third or fourth account. Sizes from $2,500 to $400,000 are offered; prices for the other sizes are set in the account picker at checkout.
A $3,000 profit target on a 50K against a $2,000 end-of-day max drawdown, with a 50% consistency rule, no daily loss limit, no time limit and a 4 contract / 40 micro position limit. Consistency is dropped once the account is funded.
You can buy unlimited accounts, but only one funded account trades at a time - the rest queue and activate as each closes after its third reward.
