About the firm
FTMO Futures is FTMO's futures programme, launched on 17 September 2026 and run by FTMO s.r.o. of Prague, the same company behind the FTMO CFD challenge since 2015. It is billed as a monthly subscription rather than a one-off fee, which sets it apart from most of the futures field.
There are three stages. The Evaluation runs on live CME data with a profit target and a drawdown limit. Passing moves the trader to a Sim-Funded account, where payouts are earned and neither a profit target nor a consistency rule applies. Only top performers are then considered for a Live account.
Two routes are sold. Growth has the easier evaluation — no daily loss limit at all — but caps payouts lower. Pro adds a hard daily loss limit and a 50% consistency rule in the evaluation, and pays far larger withdrawals in return.

Leverage & contract limits
Position size is capped in mini-equivalents rather than by a leverage ratio: 5 on a 50K, 10 on a 100K and 15 on a 150K, with ten micros counting as one mini.
A trader may hold up to three Sim-Funded accounts at once, shared across Growth and Pro, for up to $450,000 of simulated capital.
Commissions & fees
Billed monthly rather than as a one-off, which is unusual in futures. The drawdown trails the end-of-day equity only and locks once it reaches initial capital. Growth runs with no daily loss limit at all; Pro adds a hard one and pays far larger withdrawals. Consistency applies to the evaluation only - once Sim-Funded there is neither a consistency rule nor a profit target. News trading is allowed, there is no activation fee, and up to three funded accounts can be held for $450,000 of simulated capital.
Firm rules
The drawdown is an end-of-day trailing drawdown measured on equity. It only ever rises, never falls, and locks permanently once it reaches the initial simulated capital. There is no intraday trailing, so open profit during the session does not move the threshold.
Published maximum loss by size is $2,000 / $3,500 / $5,000 on Growth and $3,000 / $4,500 / $6,000 on Pro, which puts Pro's target-to-drawdown at 1:1 on the 50K.
Daily loss: Growth has none. Pro has a hard limit of $1,000 / $1,500 / $2,000 by size, and breaching it ends the evaluation.
Consistency applies to the Evaluation only — 40% of total profit from the best day on Growth, 50% on Pro. Once Sim-Funded there is no consistency rule and no profit target; only the drawdown and, on Pro, the daily limit still apply.
News trading is allowed.
Challenges & pricing
The profit target is 6% on both routes: $3,000 on a 50K, $6,000 on a 100K and $9,000 on a 150K.
Growth: $119/month (50K), $169/month (100K), $229/month (150K). Reset $109 / $159 / $219.
Pro: $139/month (50K), $199/month (100K), $269/month (150K). Reset $129 / $189 / $259.
Evaluations are unlimited in number and each carries its own monthly subscription.
Payout policy
The split is 90%. Payouts are taken on the Sim-Funded account, where no consistency rule and no profit target apply.
Growth pays every four days with a payout cap starting at $2,500. Pro raises the caps to $5,000 and $8,000 and allows 100% of profit to be withdrawn.
Confirming a withdrawal closes all open positions and pending orders before the payout is calculated.

5It is a monthly subscription rather than a one-off fee. Growth is $119 a month for a 50K, $169 for a 100K and $229 for a 150K. Pro is $139, $199 and $269. A reset costs slightly less than one month - $109, $159 and $219 on Growth, $129, $189 and $259 on Pro. There is no activation fee, and each evaluation carries its own subscription.
Growth has the easier evaluation: no daily loss limit at all, and a 40% consistency rule. Its trade-off is the payout cap, which starts at $2,500, and only part of the profit above initial capital is withdrawable. Pro adds a hard daily loss limit of $1,000 to $2,000 by size and a 50% consistency rule, and in return raises the payout caps to $5,000 and $8,000 and allows 100% of profit to be withdrawn.
It is an end-of-day trailing drawdown measured on equity. It only moves upward, never down, and locks permanently once it reaches the initial simulated capital. There is no intraday trailing, so profit held open during the session does not pull the threshold up behind you. The figures are $2,000, $3,500 and $5,000 on Growth and $3,000, $4,500 and $6,000 on Pro.
Payouts are taken on the Sim-Funded account, where there is no profit target and no consistency rule. Growth pays every four days with a cap starting at $2,500. Pro's caps are $5,000 and $8,000. The split is 90%, and funds are sent by Wise, Revolut bank wire, Visa Direct or Mastercard Send. Confirming a withdrawal closes all open positions and pending orders first.
