About the firm
FuturesElite sells both evaluations and instant funded futures accounts, with the risk model expressed as a flat percentage rather than a dollar figure: the maximum drawdown is 5% of current balance on an instant account, trailing on closed profit at the end of each day and locking once it reaches the starting balance. Evaluations come in Pro and Starter tiers from $49 and need a minimum of two trading days with no maximum, and instant accounts become payout-eligible once 5% of the balance has been earned, from day seven. There is no daily loss limit on instant accounts, news trading is allowed through FOMC, CPI and NFP, and a 20% single-session consistency rule applies in place of an evaluation.

Leverage & contract limits
Futures accounts are sized by contract limit and exchange margin rather than by a leverage multiplier, so no forex-style leverage figure applies.
Risk model: Instant accounts use a maximum drawdown of 5% of current balance - $2,500 on a 50K, $5,000 on a 100K, $7,500 on a 150K - recalculated on closed profit at the end of each day and locked at the starting balance once enough profit has accumulated. Evaluation accounts use the same end-of-day trailing mechanism; the 25K Prime publishes a $1,250 target, and passing needs a minimum of two trading days with no maximum. A 20% single-session consistency rule applies to instant accounts.
Commissions & fees
Account rules are customisable at checkout - the site invites traders to pick an account size, a platform and a rule set, which is why the published prices are a starting point rather than a fixed ladder. The end-of-day trailing drawdown only moves after a profitable day, never after a losing one, and stops moving once it reaches the starting balance. Instant accounts carry a 5% buffer zone that doubles as the payout gate: earn 5% of the balance and the account becomes payout-eligible, with no need to maintain the buffer afterwards. There is no daily loss limit on instant accounts, and news trading is permitted through major releases. Payout caps and minimum trading-day thresholds are published per size - a 25K Elite needs $100 minimum daily PNL with a $500 minimum and $1,000 maximum payout, rising to $250, $500 and $2,500 on a 100K.
Firm rules
Drawdown as a percentage, not a dollar figure
5% of current balance
On instant accounts the maximum drawdown is always 5% of the current balance - $2,500 on a 50K, $5,000 on a 100K, $7,500 on a 150K - so it moves with the account. It is recalculated on closed profit at the end of each day, rises only after a profitable day, and locks permanently once it reaches the starting balance.
The buffer zone is the payout gate
Earn 5% and you are eligible
Every instant account opens with a 5% buffer. Earning 5% of the balance makes the account payout-eligible, and the buffer does not have to be maintained afterwards - a trader who reaches it and then gives some back can still request a payout up to the maximum withdrawal for their size.
Two trading days to pass
And no maximum
An evaluation needs a minimum of two trading days alongside the profit target and the max loss limit. There is no time limit and no minimum on the 25K Prime at all, where the published target is $1,250 - meaning it can be passed on a first session.
No daily loss limit on instant accounts
Consistency instead
Instant accounts carry no daily loss limit. In its place a 20% single-session consistency rule applies: no one trading session may account for more than 20% of total profits, which FuturesElite frames as the substitute for an evaluation phase.
News trading allowed
Including FOMC, CPI and NFP
FuturesElite explicitly permits trading through major economic releases on instant accounts, naming FOMC, CPI and NFP, where many futures firms impose a buffer window around high-impact news.
Payout caps are published per size
With a minimum daily PNL
Elite accounts publish a minimum daily PNL, a minimum payout and a maximum payout per size: $100 / $500 / $1,000 on a 25K, $150 / $500 / $2,000 on a 50K and $250 / $500 / $2,500 on a 100K.
Rules are configurable at checkout
Price follows the choices
The account size, platform and rule set are all selected at checkout, and the price moves with them. The published figures are entry prices for each tier rather than a fixed ladder, which is worth checking against the configuration you actually buy.

As a percentage of your current balance - always 5% on an instant account. It is recalculated at the end of each trading day on closed profit, rises only after a profitable day, never falls after a losing one, and locks permanently once it reaches your starting balance.
On an instant account, once you have earned 5% of your balance, from day seven. You do not have to keep the buffer intact after reaching it. Elite accounts publish a minimum daily PNL and a payout range per size - $500 to $2,500 depending on the account.
On instant accounts, yes: no single trading session may exceed 20% of your total profits. FuturesElite treats that as the replacement for an evaluation phase. There is no daily loss limit on those accounts.
A minimum of two to pass an evaluation, alongside hitting the profit target without breaching the max loss limit. There is no maximum, and the 25K Prime - with a $1,250 target - can be passed on a first day.
