About the firm
Legacy Funded Futures sells three one-time futures routes on end-of-day trailing drawdown - Rise, the cheap entry at $99 for a 50K; Elite, which pays up to 95% and adds a 2% funded daily loss limit; and Instant Funded, which skips the evaluation for a larger up-front fee. Its pitch is speed of payment: hit the target, request the payout, and see it within 24 hours with no review committee. Every evaluation runs on a 60-day maximum duration with a two-day minimum, funded accounts need five trading days, and the firm builds its offer around a large Discord community with 20+ free live trading sessions a week.

Leverage & contract limits
Position limits: Rise scales its contract limit with the account - 5 full / 50 micro on a 50K, 10 / 100 on a 100K and 15 / 150 on a 150K - while Elite holds every size at 5 full / 50 micro, so a larger Elite account buys headroom rather than size.
Futures accounts are sized by contract limit and exchange margin rather than by a leverage multiplier, so no forex-style leverage figure applies.
Risk model: End-of-day trailing drawdown on all three routes. Rise: $1,500 (50K), $2,500 (100K), $3,750 (150K) against targets of 6%. Elite: $2,000, $3,000 and $4,500 against a tighter 7% target, plus a 2% daily loss limit once funded. Instant Funded: $1,250, $2,000 and $3,000 with a daily loss limit of $1,000 to $2,500 and no profit target - the gate is seven winning days of at least $250.
Commissions & fees
Accounts are a single payment with an activation fee charged only when an evaluation is passed - $99 on Rise (discounted from $127) and $79 on Elite (from $99) - while Instant Funded accounts charge nothing further. Evaluations have a 60 calendar day maximum duration, a two-day minimum, and a five-day minimum once funded; Instant Funded accounts instead require seven winning days of $250 or more. Trading runs on DXtrade with TradingView available as a charting front end connected to the same account. Rise pays up to 90% and Elite up to 95%, and Legacy advertises payouts landing within 24 hours with no review committee.
Firm rules
Three routes, one drawdown model
End of day throughout
Rise, Elite and Instant Funded all measure the trailing loss limit on the closing balance. Rise is the cheap entry at $99 for a 50K with a 6% target; Elite costs $199 for the same size, asks for 7%, and pays up to 95% instead of 90%; Instant Funded skips the evaluation for $449 upward.
Activation is charged only on a pass
$99 Rise, $79 Elite
Both evaluation routes defer part of the cost to an activation fee paid when the challenge is passed - $99 on Rise, discounted from $127, and $79 on Elite, from $99. Instant Funded accounts carry no activation fee because there is no evaluation to pass.
60-day maximum duration
And a two-day minimum
An evaluation has to be completed inside 60 calendar days and needs at least two trading days. Once funded, the minimum rises to five trading days before a payout. Instant Funded accounts replace both with seven winning days of at least $250 each.
Elite does not scale contracts
5 minis at every size
Rise lifts the contract limit with the account - 5 full contracts on a 50K, 10 on a 100K, 15 on a 150K. Elite holds all three sizes at 5 full / 50 micro, so the extra notional buys drawdown headroom and a higher split rather than position size.
Elite adds a funded daily loss limit
2% of the account
Where Rise has no daily loss limit, Elite applies one of 2% once the account is funded. Instant Funded accounts carry a fixed daily limit instead - $1,000 on a 50K, $1,750 on a 100K and $2,500 on a 150K.
24-hour payouts
No review committee
Legacy's core claim is payment speed: hit the target, request the payout and see it in the account within 24 hours, with no review committee and no multi-day settlement window. The split is up to 90% on Rise accounts and up to 95% on Elite.

FAQs
5Rise is $99 for a 50K, $149 for a 100K and $179 for a 150K, one-time, plus a $99 activation fee when you pass. Elite is $199, $299 and $429 with a $79 activation fee. Instant Funded, which has no evaluation, is $449, $599 and $779 with nothing charged afterwards.
Elite pays up to 95% instead of 90% and has a wider loss limit, but asks for a 7% profit target rather than 6%, adds a 2% daily loss limit once funded, and holds the contract limit at 5 full contracts on every size - where Rise scales to 15 on a 150K.
Legacy advertises payouts within 24 hours of a request, with no review committee and no five-to-seven business day delay. Funded accounts need five trading days first on Rise and Elite, or seven winning days of $250 or more on Instant Funded.
Yes - 60 calendar days to complete an evaluation, with a minimum of two trading days. That is more generous than a 30-day window but it is a real deadline, unlike firms that let an evaluation run indefinitely.
