About the firm
Lvlup Futures runs one evaluation structure with two very different funded deals. A Lvlup Account pays an 80% split on a 14-day payout cycle capped at 10% of balance, keeps the 40% consistency rule after funding, and charges an activation fee once the trader has passed and completed KYC - but it can be bought as a monthly subscription instead of a lump sum. A Starter Account is a single fee with no subscription and no activation fee, pays 100% of profits with no consistency rule once funded, and pays every five profitable days - but caps each payout at 2% to 4% of balance. Both run end-of-day trailing drawdown on $25,000 to $150,000 accounts, need five trading days, and allow news trading.

Leverage & contract limits
Position limits: Position limits are 1 mini on a 25K, 3 on a 50K, 6 on a 100K and 9 on a 150K, identical across both account families.
Futures accounts are sized by contract limit and exchange margin rather than by a leverage multiplier, so no forex-style leverage figure applies.
Risk model: End-of-day trailing drawdown throughout. Lvlup Accounts run the wider limits - $1,250 (25K), $2,500 (50K), $5,000 (100K) and $7,500 (150K) - while Starter Accounts tighten them to $1,000, $2,000, $3,000 and $4,500. Profit targets rise with size rather than staying proportional: 6% on the 25K and 50K, 7% on the 100K and 8% on the 150K. A 40% consistency rule applies in every evaluation, and continues on a funded Lvlup Account.
Commissions & fees
Reaching the profit target alone does not pass an evaluation: the trader must also complete the minimum five trading days, stay inside the drawdown and satisfy the 40% consistency rule. Breaking consistency is explicitly not a breach - the account stays open and trading continues until the percentage comes back into line. Lvlup Accounts carry the 40% consistency rule through to the funded stage and require KYC plus an activation fee before the funded account goes live; Starter Accounts drop consistency once funded and charge no activation fee. Starter prices vary with the trading platform selected, and payments, discount codes, platform choice and add-ons are handled in an external dashboard. News trading is allowed.
Firm rules
Two funded deals, one evaluation
80% and bigger payouts, or 100% and faster ones
A Lvlup Account pays 80% on a 14-day cycle with each payout capped at 10% of balance. A Starter Account pays 100% every five profitable days but caps each payout at 4% of balance on the 25K and 50K, 2.5% on the 100K and 2% on the 150K. The evaluation rules are nearly identical; the difference is how the money comes out.
The target is not proportional
6%, 7%, then 8%
Profit targets rise faster than account size: $1,500 on a 25K and $3,000 on a 50K are both 6%, but the 100K asks $7,000 (7%) and the 150K asks $12,000 (8%). The drawdown does not scale proportionally either, so the larger accounts are the harder pass.
Failing consistency is not a breach
Keep trading until it complies
Exceeding the 40% consistency rule does not close or breach the account. The trader simply continues trading until the consistency percentage becomes compliant - which in practice means growing total profit until the biggest day is back under 40% of it.
Passing needs four things
Not just the target
The profit target alone does not complete an evaluation. The trader also has to log the minimum five trading days, stay inside the drawdown limit, and satisfy the 40% consistency rule at the point of passing.
Lvlup charges an activation fee
Starter does not
After passing a Lvlup evaluation the trader completes identity verification and pays an activation fee before the funded account becomes active. Starter Accounts have no activation fee and no monthly subscription at all - which is why they are cheaper up front and pay a better split.
Consistency continues once funded
On Lvlup accounts only
A funded Lvlup Account keeps the 40% consistency rule in place. A funded Starter Account has no consistency rule at all. That, plus the payout cadence, is the real distinction between the two families.

FAQs
5A Lvlup evaluation is either a one-time $194 (25K), $338 (50K), $554 (100K) or $714 (150K), or a monthly subscription at $117, $201, $345 or $476 - with a coupon taking roughly 40% off at checkout on 26 October 2026. Starter Accounts are one-time only, from $129 to $324, and the exact price depends on which trading platform you pick.
Starter pays 100% of profits with no consistency rule once funded, no activation fee and a payout every five profitable days - but each payout is capped at 2-4% of balance. Lvlup pays 80% on a 14-day cycle with a much higher 10% cap, keeps the 40% consistency rule after funding, and charges an activation fee once you pass.
Nothing closes. Exceeding 40% does not breach the account - you keep trading until the percentage comes back into compliance, which usually means adding profit on other days until your best day is under 40% of the total.
Harder on the bigger accounts. The 25K and 50K ask 6% ($1,500 and $3,000), the 100K asks 7% ($7,000) and the 150K asks 8% ($12,000), all against end-of-day trailing drawdown and a five-day minimum.
On Lvlup Accounts, yes - after passing you complete KYC and pay the activation fee before the funded account goes live. Starter Accounts have none, and no monthly subscription either.
