About the firm
Top One Futures sells monthly futures evaluations with daily payouts, no activation fee and end-of-day drawdown at both stages. Its Elite Daily route asks for a 6% profit target under a 40% consistency rule, then removes the consistency rule entirely once the account is funded and pays out daily. Three further routes are published - Elite Access, INSTANT Sim Funded and IGNITE Instant Funding - and the firm advertises up to $1.5M in simulated capital with 90% of simulated profits kept by the trader. Account sizes run $25,000 to $150,000, and a discount code is permanently in play.

Leverage & contract limits
Position limits: Elite Daily position limits are deliberately tight: 1 mini (10 micros) on a 25K, 3 minis on a 50K, 5 on a 100K and 7 on a 150K.
Futures accounts are sized by contract limit and exchange margin rather than by a leverage multiplier, so no forex-style leverage figure applies.
Risk model: End-of-day maximum drawdown of $1,000 (25K), $2,000 (50K), $3,000 (100K) and $4,500 (150K) in the evaluation, alongside a daily loss limit of $500, $1,000, $1,250 and $1,850. The funded stage keeps the same daily loss limit and tightens the 100K drawdown to $2,500. A 40% consistency rule applies in the evaluation only.
Commissions & fees
Elite Daily is billed monthly and carries no activation fee when the evaluation is passed. Drawdown is measured end-of-day at both the evaluation and funded stages, and a daily loss limit applies throughout - $500 on a 25K up to $1,850 on a 150K. The evaluation's 40% consistency rule disappears on the funded account, which pays daily. Resets are priced per size, from $75 on a 25K to $242 on a 150K. Top One Futures runs a standing discount code (MYSTERY) advertised at up to 55% off, with the exact discount varying by package; it was 50% across the Elite Daily ladder on 26 October 2026.
Firm rules
End-of-day drawdown at both stages
No intraday trailing
The maximum drawdown is measured on the end-of-day balance in the evaluation and on the funded account alike - $1,000 on a 25K, $2,000 on a 50K, $3,000 on a 100K and $4,500 on a 150K, with the 100K tightening to $2,500 once funded.
Consistency only in the evaluation
40%, then none
A 40% consistency rule applies while passing the evaluation and is removed entirely on the funded account, where Top One Futures advertises daily payouts with no consistency requirement.
Daily loss limit throughout
$500 to $1,850
Unlike the consistency rule, the daily loss limit stays in place on the funded account: $500 on a 25K, $1,000 on a 50K, $1,250 on a 100K and $1,850 on a 150K. The plan picker also offers a standard-versus-no-DLL choice on some routes.
Monthly billing, no activation fee
Resets priced per size
Elite Daily is a monthly payment rather than a one-time fee, and nothing is charged to activate a funded account after passing. A reset costs $75 on a 25K, $93 on a 50K, $174 on a 100K and $242 on a 150K.
Tight contract limits
1 mini on the 25K
Position limits on Elite Daily are smaller than most firms at the same notional size - 1 mini on a 25K, 3 on a 50K, 5 on a 100K and 7 on a 150K, with ten micros to a mini.
A standing discount
Up to 55% off
Top One Futures markets a permanent code (MYSTERY) advertised at up to 55% off, with the discount varying by package. On 26 October 2026 it halved the Elite Daily ladder, taking a 25K from $178 to $89 and a 150K from $549 to $274.

FAQs
5The Elite Daily ladder is billed monthly at $178 for a 25K, $218 for a 50K, $398 for a 100K and $549 for a 150K, and a standing MYSTERY code was taking 50% off those figures on 26 October 2026. There is no activation fee when you pass, and resets run $75 to $242 by size.
On the end-of-day balance, at both the evaluation and the funded stage - so intraday open profit does not move the threshold. It is $1,000 on a 25K, $2,000 on a 50K, $3,000 on a 100K and $4,500 on a 150K, with the 100K account tightening to $2,500 once funded.
Only in the evaluation, where it is 40%. Once funded there is none, and payouts can be requested daily. The daily loss limit, by contrast, stays in place on the funded account.
Top One Futures advertises a 90% share of simulated profits, with up to $1.5M of simulated capital available across accounts.
Besides Elite Daily, the firm sells Elite Access, INSTANT Sim Funded and IGNITE Instant Funding. Their parameters only appear inside the site's interactive plan picker, so compare them at checkout rather than relying on a static page.
