Drawdown as a percentage, not a dollar figure

  • On instant accounts the maximum drawdown is always 5% of the current balance - $2,500 on a 50K, $5,000 on a 100K, $7,500 on a 150K - so it moves with the account. It is recalculated on closed profit at the end of each day, rises only after a profitable day, and locks permanently once it reaches the starting balance.

The buffer zone is the payout gate

  • Every instant account opens with a 5% buffer. Earning 5% of the balance makes the account payout-eligible, and the buffer does not have to be maintained afterwards - a trader who reaches it and then gives some back can still request a payout up to the maximum withdrawal for their size.

Two trading days to pass

  • An evaluation needs a minimum of two trading days alongside the profit target and the max loss limit. There is no time limit and no minimum on the 25K Prime at all, where the published target is $1,250 - meaning it can be passed on a first session.

No daily loss limit on instant accounts

  • Instant accounts carry no daily loss limit. In its place a 20% single-session consistency rule applies: no one trading session may account for more than 20% of total profits, which FuturesElite frames as the substitute for an evaluation phase.

News trading allowed

  • FuturesElite explicitly permits trading through major economic releases on instant accounts, naming FOMC, CPI and NFP, where many futures firms impose a buffer window around high-impact news.

Payout caps are published per size

  • Elite accounts publish a minimum daily PNL, a minimum payout and a maximum payout per size: $100 / $500 / $1,000 on a 25K, $150 / $500 / $2,000 on a 50K and $250 / $500 / $2,500 on a 100K.

Rules are configurable at checkout

  • The account size, platform and rule set are all selected at checkout, and the price moves with them. The published figures are entry prices for each tier rather than a fixed ladder, which is worth checking against the configuration you actually buy.
