Do not trust these scammers under any circumstances. All the payout proofs they post are just their own internal accounts, and I have evidence to prove it. They refuse to issue payouts—I’ve been waiting for 12 days now and haven't received a thing. They are total frauds. On top of that, everyone claiming to have received a payout is completely fake, using stock photos with fake names.

I purchased an account from Hex Funded in error and contacted support straight away via email and support tickets to cancel. I have not placed a single trade on the account - the service has not been used or fully performed. I clearly stated I was exercising my right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within the 14 day cooling-off period for a full refund. I did not give express consent to waive my cancellation rights. It has now been 14 days. I have received no refund, no meaningful response, and my messages and tickets have been ignored. I have now also been blocked from their Discord, preventing me from contacting them. For the company this may be a small amount, but for me with a small family it matters. It was a genuine mistake and I acted honestly and immediately. I asked them to do the right thing and refund to the original payment method and keep their reputation intact. Based on this experience I cannot recommend Hex Funded. The lack of communication and refusal to honour a straightforward cancellation request for an unused service is unacceptable. You have been warned! I will now be escalating this via my payment provider and the relevant consumer protection channels.
