Are these prop firm reviews real?
They are submitted by traders through Prop Firm Pal and moderated before publication. There are currently 181 across 22 firms. Scores are never edited by the firms being reviewed, and a firm cannot pay to change its rating or remove a review.
How is a firm’s rating calculated?
The overall score is the mean of the trader-submitted ratings across four categories — trading conditions, payout process, customer care and user friendliness. A firm with very few reviews will move sharply on a single new one, so review volume is shown alongside the score rather than hidden behind it.
Why does a firm have no reviews?
Either it is newly listed, or no trader has submitted one yet. An absence of reviews is not a negative signal and is shown as "no reviews yet" rather than as a zero — a zero would rank a firm below one that genuinely scored badly.
Should I choose a prop firm on reviews alone?
No. Reviews capture experience — support quality, whether payouts arrived, how a dispute was handled — which no rules table shows. They do not tell you whether the drawdown model suits how you trade. Read them alongside the rules and the payout terms, not instead of them.
