What Happened to Propiy?
What happened to Propiy? Its website was unavailable at every address in Prop Firm Pal's check of 13 September 2026. Requests to propiy.com and www.propiy.com, sent over https and repeated over http, all ended without a connection being made. No page and no error response came back from any of the four addresses.
Propiy's estimated monthly visits tell the rest of what is known. They rose from about 19,400 visits in November 2025 to a peak of about 71,300 visits in December 2025, then fell back to about 18,560 visits in January 2026 and about 5,150 visits in February. From March to July 2026 the figures stayed in the low thousands or below, ending at about 476 visits in July, the most recent month with an estimate. August 2026 has none. This long taper and a domain that has stopped answering match the profile of a prop firm that has shut its operations. They do not rule out a temporary outage, however, and Prop Firm Pal has no statement from Propiy about its status. The page is unverified.

Propiy web traffic, month by month
Prop Firm Pal has tracked Propiy's website traffic every month since November 2025. In July 2026 the site received an estimated 476 visits, down 30% on the month before and down 79% over three months.
Its busiest month on record was December 2025 at roughly 71.30K visits. Traffic now is about 150 times lower than that peak.
A fall of this size over a quarter is the pattern that most often precedes a firm winding down, though it is not proof of it on its own — marketing spend, seasonality and a single lost traffic source all produce the same shape. It is worth weighing before paying for an evaluation.
These are third-party estimates of website visits, collected once a month and stored against the month they describe. They are not trader counts, funded-account numbers or revenue.

How Propiy compares in size
Propiy was last measured in July 2026. On that reading it ranks 403 of the 477 prop firms Prop Firm Pal tracks — larger than 16% of them, at roughly 476 visits a month.
The ranking covers every firm measured between June 2026 and August 2026, each on its own latest reading in that window. Firms last measured before June 2026 are left out rather than shown with a stale figure, so the total moves month to month.
Size is not quality. A large firm is one that markets successfully, and several of the most visited firms in this ranking have the strictest rules; some of the smallest pay out reliably to everyone who asks. What the ranking is useful for is scale — whether you are looking at an established operation or something very new.
