The Legends Trading Review: Rules, Profit Split & Payouts
Legends Trading, run by The Legends Trading Group, Inc. from Calabasas, California, is a futures prop firm that describes its mission as giving skilled futures traders access to funded accounts. It sells two evaluations, Apprentice and Elite, with account sizes from $25,000 to $150,000. What sets its offer apart is the path after passing: traders keep a 90/10 profit split and are moved to live funding after their 2nd payout. Legends Trading also says traders can run multiple accounts up to $1,500,000 in total.
The Apprentice evaluation comes in $50,000, $100,000 and $150,000 sizes with a profit goal of $3,000, $6,000 or $9,000 and an EOD trailing max loss of $2,000, $3,000 or $4,500. Its plan cards list no consistency requirement and carry an activation fee of $59, $79 or $89 by size. The Elite evaluation adds a $25,000 size, with profit targets of $1,500, $2,700, $6,000 and $9,000 against EOD trailing max losses of $1,250, $2,200, $3,000 and $4,500. Elite lists no daily loss limit and no activation fee, but applies a 40% consistency rule. Position size is capped in contracts, from 2 minis (20 micros) on the smallest accounts to 12 minis (120 micros) on the $150,000 Elite. The pages read state no rules on news trading, EAs, copy trading, hedging, overnight or weekend holding, or a time limit.
Once the consistency rule is met, funded traders can request payouts up to twice per month. The terms set out a strict no refund policy. Account prices are not recorded because the plan cards show only promotional before-and-after pricing, and the pages read publish no payout methods, minimum payout, KYC requirements or restricted countries. Support runs through live chat, which the firm says is staffed around the clock.

How The Legends Trading compares in size
Measured on estimated monthly website visits for September 2026, The Legends Trading ranks 102 of the 463 prop firms Prop Firm Pal tracks — larger than 78% of them, at roughly 84.49K visits a month.
The ranking covers every firm measured between July 2026 and September 2026, each on its own latest reading in that window. Firms last measured before July 2026 are left out rather than shown with a stale figure, so the total moves month to month.
Size is not quality. A large firm is one that markets successfully, and several of the most visited firms in this ranking have the strictest rules; some of the smallest pay out reliably to everyone who asks. What the ranking is useful for is scale — whether you are looking at an established operation or something very new.
