Vanquish Trader Review: Rules, Profit Split & Payouts

Vanquish Trader is a prop firm for options traders. Instead of forex or futures, it sells simulated evaluations on options, and describes itself as a simulation-to-funded proprietary trading firm aimed at retail options traders. There are two plans, Basic Options and Advanced Options, each in $10,000, $50,000, $75,000, $100,000 and $150,000 sizes, traded on DXTrade's web and mobile apps. Pricing is a monthly subscription rather than a one-off challenge fee: $99 to $750 a month for Basic Options and $199 to $1,499 a month for Advanced Options, and the subscription keeps running on the funded Performance Account. The Vanquish Trader terms open the program only to legal residents of the 50 US states and DC.

Both plans are a single evaluation with a 10% profit target, a 5% maximum drawdown and no time limit. On Basic Options the drawdown trails the account's equity peak and the evaluation needs at least 10 trades. Advanced Options uses an end-of-day trailing drawdown and a minimum of 4 trading days. The consistency rule is 30% on both: no single trade on Basic Options, and no single day on Advanced Options, may make up more than 30% of total profit, though going over it delays passing rather than failing the account. No position may be held overnight; trades still open at 3:59pm EST are liquidated at market. SPX, XSP and VIX options can only be bought as single-leg calls or puts. HFT that exploits the simulated bid-ask spread, and exploiting latency or pricing errors, leads to a permanent ban with payouts forfeited. Resets are unlimited, and Basic Options resets cost $49 to $375.

Vanquish Trader says all payouts are 100% the trader's. A Performance Account has no profit target; a payout needs at least $250 and consistency within 30%, plus 4 trading days on Advanced Options. Traders can make one payout request a day across all their accounts, paid through a KYC-verified RiseWorks account by ACH bank transfer, USDC or USDT, and payouts typically take up to 48 hours to finalise after approval. No refund policy was found on the pages read.

News trading is not banned outright, but acting on news with reaction times that would be unrealistic in a live market is listed as a prohibited exploit.

Vanquish accounts cannot subscribe to another trader's trades through the Alertsify integration, though its copy set can mirror a trader's own orders across their own Vanquish accounts.

High-frequency strategies that exploit the simulated bid-ask spread, and exploiting latency or pricing errors, are prohibited, and exploit bans are permanent with no appeal and payouts forfeited.

A 30% consistency rule applies to passing and to payouts: the largest winning trade divided by total profit on Basic Options, the largest winning day divided by total profit on Advanced Options, and exceeding it does not fail the account.

Positions cannot be held over the weekend, because every trade must be closed by 3:59pm EST each day.

Overnight positions are not allowed; all trades close at market close.

Advanced Options requires 4 trading days in the evaluation and again before each payout, while Basic Options requires 10 trades to pass.

There is no time limit to start or pass an evaluation.

A trader can hold up to 10 Options accounts and 10 Advanced Options accounts.

SPX, XSP and VIX options can only be traded long as single-leg calls or puts, with no spreads and no selling to open.

Sharing an account login can lead to immediate account closure.

How Vanquish Trader compares in size

Measured on estimated monthly website visits for August 2026, Vanquish Trader ranks 119 of the 477 prop firms Prop Firm Pal tracks — larger than 75% of them, at roughly 62.12K visits a month.

The ranking covers every firm measured between June 2026 and August 2026, each on its own latest reading in that window. Firms last measured before June 2026 are left out rather than shown with a stale figure, so the total moves month to month.

Size is not quality. A large firm is one that markets successfully, and several of the most visited firms in this ranking have the strictest rules; some of the smallest pay out reliably to everyone who asks. What the ranking is useful for is scale — whether you are looking at an established operation or something very new.
