How do I complete KYC verification on my dashboard?

KYC unlocks within 24 hours of receiving your funded account credentials.

KYC (Know-Your-Customer) verification is required once you have a funded account, before you can start trading or request a payout. Most traders finish it in under five minutes.

The KYC tab only appears once you have a funded account. If your account is still on evaluation, the tab will not show yet. After your funded account credentials are issued, allow up to 24 hours for the KYC tab to appear.

Before you start

You will need a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license). Make sure it is not expired.

Complete KYC yourself, in person.

No one else should hold your ID, take your selfie, or guide you through the verification. We have zero tolerance for identity fraud. If our checks show someone else completed your KYC, the account will be terminated and any profits forfeited, even if the trading was legitimate.

Steps

1. Log in to your Trader's Dashboard.

2. Open Settings from the bottom-left menu.

3. Click the KYC Verification tab.

4. Follow the on-screen prompts from Veriff, our verification partner.

5. Upload your photo ID, then complete the live selfie check.

You will see a confirmation in your dashboard once Veriff has approved your documents. Verification is usually instant. If a manual review is needed, it can take up to 24 to 48 hours.

If the KYC tab is not showing

Work through these in order:

1. Confirm you have received your funded account credentials by email from the Risk team. If you have not, KYC is not yet available.

2. Check that it has been at least 24 hours since your credentials were issued.

3. Go to Update My Details in Settings and finish any outstanding setup items.

4. If the tab is still missing after 48 hours, contact support and we will check your account manually.

If your ID is rejected

The most common reason is an expired or near-expiry ID. Check the expiry date, then resubmit with a current document. Other common causes: blurry photo, glare covering the details, or corners of the ID cropped out. Retake the photo of the physical card (not a screenshot) in good lighting.

How do I sign my Simulated Funded Trader Contract?

Sign your contract from the Contracts page in your dashboard. You'll need to complete KYC verification first before you can sign.

You'll find your Simulated Funded Trader Contract on the Contracts page of your dashboard. The contract appears here once you've passed your evaluation and your funded account has been issued. You need to sign it before you can start trading on the funded account or request payouts.

Before you can sign

Your KYC (identity verification) must be completed first. The Contracts page will show the contract as PENDING, but you can only sign it once KYC is approved.

How to sign your contract

1. Log in to your Blueberry Funded dashboard.

2. Go to Contracts in the left-hand menu.

3. Find the contract for the relevant account number. The status will show as PENDING.

4. Click View & Sign.

5. Read the contract in full.

6. Sign electronically where indicated and submit.

Once signed, the status will update from PENDING to confirm the contract is complete. You don't need to print or scan anything, the whole process is done in the dashboard.

One contract per funded account

Each funded account has its own contract. If you have more than one funded account, each will show separately on this page and each must be signed individually.

Key Difference at a Glance

Important: The Daily Drawdown rule applies to Instant Lite accounts only. Instant Elite accounts have no Daily Drawdown, Elite traders only need to manage the 10% Max Drawdown (Trailing Lock).

Instant Lite

Instant Lite accounts have two drawdown limits: a Daily Drawdown and a Max Drawdown. Breaching either one results in an account breach.

1. Daily Drawdown — 2% (Lite only)

The Daily Equity Loss Threshold is the maximum amount of equity that can be lost within a single trading day. It is set at 2% of your daily starting equity or balance — whichever is greater. The limit resets each trading day at 5:00 PM EST.

Example — $100,000 Instant Lite account:

1. The trading day starts with a balance of $100,000. The daily loss limit for that day is $98,000 ($100,000 − 2%).

2. Successful trading raises the balance to $102,000. When the new trading day begins at 5:00 PM EST, the daily loss limit recalculates to $99,960 ($102,000 − 2%).

3. Dropping below the day's loss limit at any point breaches the account.

Overnight positions: If you hold floating profit overnight and your equity drops below the newly calculated daily loss limit when the day resets, your account may breach — even if the position was in profit the day before.

2. Max Drawdown — 4% Trailing Lock (Lite)

The Max Drawdown trails dynamically based on the highest equity achieved at any point (including intraday spikes on open trades). It locks at your starting balance once your equity reaches 4% profit.

Example 1 — $100,000 Instant Lite account:

1. Your Max Drawdown is a dynamic 4%, meaning equity can fall no more than 4% below your highest equity point.

2. If your equity rises to $102,000 and then drops to $100,000, you are still within the Max Drawdown limit ($97,920) and can continue trading.

3. Once your equity reaches $104,000 (4% profit), the Max Drawdown locks at $100,000 — your starting balance — and never moves again, even if equity climbs higher.

Example 2 — $100,000 Instant Lite account:

1. Your equity reaches $102,000. The Max Drawdown trails up to $97,920 (4% below $102,000).

2. Equity then pulls back to $100,500. The Max Drawdown stays at $97,920 — it only moves up when a new equity high is reached, never down.

Instant Elite

Instant Elite accounts have only one drawdown limit.

No Daily Drawdown

There is no Daily Drawdown limit on Instant Elite accounts. Your equity can fluctuate freely within a trading day. There is no 5:00 PM EST daily reset to manage.

Max Drawdown — 10% Trailing Lock (Elite)

The Max Drawdown trails dynamically based on the highest equity achieved at any point. It locks at your starting balance once your equity reaches 10% profit.

Example — $100,000 Instant Elite account:

1. Your Max Drawdown starts at $90,000 (10% below $100,000).

2. Your equity rises to $105,000. The Max Drawdown trails up to $94,500 (10% below $105,000).

3. Equity dips to $101,000 — you are still within the limit and can continue trading. The limit stays at $94,500; it never moves down.

4. Once your equity reaches $110,000 (10% profit), the Max Drawdown locks at $100,000 — your starting balance — and remains there permanently, even after payouts.

Notes for All Instant Access Sim Accounts

* Max Drawdown is calculated on equity, including floating (unrealized) profit and loss on open trades. An intraday equity spike raises your trailing limit even if the trade later closes lower. (Max Drawdown Locks at Initial Balance once 10% (Elite) or 4% (Lite) is reached)

* The Max Drawdown does not reset after a payout.

* Instant Access Sim accounts do not receive warnings for violations. Any breach — intentional or not — results in account termination. Traders are responsible for monitoring their dashboard and staying within the limits.

This is designed for traders who want to become eligible for rewards faster without waiting for the standard 5-day requirement.

On-Demand Reward Add-On (+40%)

The On-Demand Reward Add-On allows eligible traders to submit reward requests on demand instead of following the standard 14-day reward cycle.

What rules can breach my account, and where do I find the limits?

Every account has two core loss limits, Daily Drawdown and Max Overall Drawdown, plus a few rule-based limits. Some rules also depend on whether you bought your account before or on/after 12 March 2026.

Your account can be breached in two ways: by crossing a loss limit (drawdown) or by breaking a trading rule. This page is the starting point. It explains each rule briefly and links to the article with the exact figures for your account type.

One important note:

Some rules changed on 12 March 2026. Which set applies to you depends on the date you purchased your account, not today's date. See the prohibited strategy section below.

The two loss limits that apply to every account

Daily Drawdown is the most you can lose in a single trading day. It resets at the start of each day (5:00 PM EST). How the daily floor is set depends on your plan: most plans fix it at a set percentage of your initial balance, measured from the higher of your balance or equity at the start of the day.

Prohibited trading strategies (depends on your purchase date)

* If you purchased your account before 12 March 2026, Reverse Hand Post Taking Losses, Martingale/Grid Trading, Lot Size Restriction, Position Stacking, All-In Trading, Excessive Scalping, and One-Sided Betting are prohibited on that account.

* If you purchased your account on or after 12 March 2026, they are no longer prohibited.

This change applies per account, based on its purchase date, so an older account and a newer account registered to you can follow different rules. If you are unsure which set applies, check your purchase date or ask support with your account ID.

Other rules that can breach your account

* Lot size restriction for accounts purchased before March 12, 2026, applies to select account types.
* 1.5% risk per trade idea for funded accounts, except Prime.
* Risk Limiter is a tighter limit the Risk Team can apply at its discretion.

What happens if you breach a rule
