Everything was working good and I was making good progress with my Eval Acct, then they did maintenance and my account froze while I had a few open positions. I was unable to close those positions or do anything with them. I immediately asked for help and did not get any. Then my account was blown. They looked at the chat where I had reported the problem soon after it had froze and still didn't reset my account. Shortly after I received an email with 2 free evals and a promise of better investigation into the matter. Thanks DNA David
