No Copy Trading or Third-Party EAs
- •
Following signals from Telegram, Discord, or any other provider is strictly prohibited. Using commercial or free EAs without individual customisation is also banned. You may use your own custom EAs or manually execute ideas inspired by others, as long as you are not mirroring trades in real time.
No Tick Scalping
- •
Tick scalping exploits structural inefficiencies at a speed that cannot be replicated in live market conditions. It is banned across all evaluation and funded accounts as it does not reflect genuine trading skill or sustainable strategy.
No Latency Arbitrage
- •
Using any method, including EAs, to take advantage of stale or delayed prices before the platform updates is strictly prohibited. Any profits generated through latency exploitation will be voided and the account terminated.
No Cross-Account Hedging
- •
Holding a long on one account and a short on another for the same instrument, whether on Fintokei or across other prop firms and brokers, is classified as manipulation and will result in account breach across all involved accounts.
No Gambling or All-In Trading
- •
Strategies that rely on one large bet, excessive overleveraging, or randomness rather than a repeatable edge are prohibited. The maximum risk on any open position is 3% of account balance. Traders who repeatedly exhibit gambling patterns will have Consistency Rules applied, which may include leverage reductions and profit or loss caps.
No Irresponsible or Unsustainable Trading
- •
Fintokei monitors all trading data across your full profile. If your overall pattern shows unsustainable results, even if individual accounts followed the basic rules, restrictions will be applied. You will be given the opportunity to provide a 6-month verified track record to dispute the assessment, or you can close active accounts and receive a refund of the challenge fee.
No Multiple IP Addresses or VPN Masking
- •
Using a VPN to disguise your location or logging in from multiple different countries raises immediate flags. IP tracking is actively enforced and unusual activity will trigger a review that can result in account restrictions or termination.
