Rules
Maximum Daily Loss
Daily loss limit based on the prior day's closing balance or equity.
Express and Enhanced accounts have a 5% maximum daily loss. EnhancedX accounts have a 4% maximum daily loss. Instant Funding accounts have a 6% maximum daily loss. Instant Lite accounts have a 3% maximum daily loss. The limit is calculated using the previous day's end of day balance or equity at 00:00 server time, whichever is higher. Breaching this rule results in immediate account closure.
Maximum Total Loss
Overall drawdown limit from the starting balance, with trailing on select programs.
Express Challenge has a 6% trailing maximum total loss based on closed balance, which locks permanently at the starting balance once 6% profit is reached. Enhanced Challenge has a static 10% maximum total loss for both stages. EnhancedX Challenge has a static 8% maximum total loss for both stages. Instant Funding has a 6% trailing maximum total loss which locks at the starting balance once 6% profit is reached. On Express and Enhanced funded accounts, the maximum total loss locks at the starting balance once the first withdrawal is made.
Profit Target
Required profit percentage to pass each challenge phase.
Express Challenge requires 10% profit to pass its single phase. Enhanced Challenge requires 10% in Stage 1 and 5% in Stage 2. EnhancedX Challenge requires 8% in Stage 1 and 4% in Stage 2. Instant Funding and Instant Lite have no profit target. Profit is calculated from all closed positions with no open trades remaining at time of evaluation.
Consistency Rule
Best single trading day cannot exceed a set percentage of total profits.
For EnhancedX accounts, the consistency score is calculated as (best trading day's profit / total profits) x 100, and must not exceed 45% to be eligible for withdrawal. For Instant Lite accounts, the same formula applies but the threshold is 25%. If the score is too high, the trader must increase total profits until the best day falls within the allowed percentage. Instant Lite also has a 3% buffer — the first 3% of profit cannot be withdrawn, though it counts toward the consistency calculation.
News Trading Restriction
News trading is unrestricted on challenges but restricted on Instant Funding accounts.
Express and Enhanced challenge and funded accounts have no news trading restrictions whatsoever. On Instant Funding and Instant Lite accounts, trades cannot be opened, closed, or amended within 3 minutes before or after a high impact news event. The TradingView calendar is used to determine high impact events. Hantec advises caution during news releases regardless of account type due to increased volatility and potential slippage.
Weekend Holding Positions can be held over the weekend on most account types but not on Instant accounts
Express and Enhanced challenge and funded accounts may hold positions over the weekend with no restrictions.
Instant Funding and Instant Lite accounts must close all trades by 23:45 GMT+3 on Friday. Crypto positions on Instant accounts are an exception and can be reopened after the daily market open on Saturday. Traders should be aware of weekend gap risk and wider spreads at market open.
EAs & Automated Trading
EAs are allowed on challenge accounts but prohibited on Instant Funding accounts.
Traders on Express and Enhanced challenge and funded accounts are permitted to use expert advisors and automated trading tools. EAs are strictly prohibited on Instant Funding and Instant Lite accounts. Any automated strategy that exploits platform or pricing errors or latencies is banned across all account types.
Prohibited Strategies
Certain exploitative and manipulative trading practices are banned across all programs.
The following are prohibited on all accounts: exploiting platform or pricing errors or latencies, coordinated or group trading, cross-account hedging, using another trader's account, and any strategy that falls under Hantec's restricted list as outlined in Section 7 of their Terms & Conditions. Violations may result in account closure or disqualification from rewards.
Inactivity
Accounts with no trading activity for 30 consecutive days are closed.
If no trade is placed on a challenge or funded account for 30 days, the account is considered inactive and closed. This applies across all program types.
Payouts
Reward schedule and conditions for requesting profit splits on funded accounts.
On Express and Enhanced funded accounts, the first withdrawal can be requested at any time with no open positions or pending orders. Subsequent withdrawals are available every 14 days, or every 7 days with the Weekly Payout add-on. On Instant Funding and Instant Lite, the first withdrawal is available 14 days after the first trade, or 7 days with the Weekly Payout add-on. The minimum withdrawal amount is $20. Withdrawals are processed within 1–2 business days. If an account is breached, it is no longer eligible for any rewards regardless of profits earned.
