Qualification
- A single-phase evaluation on a simulated account fed with live NYSE, NASDAQ and NYSE American prices. Reach the profit target (20R, 5% of buying power) while staying inside the daily limit and the maximum loss. You can pass in as few as 6 trading days and have up to 2 calendar months. Trading runs 9:35–15:45 ET and every position must be flat by 15:50 ET — no overnight, pre-market, after-hours or options trading.
Daily limit and AutoStop
- The daily limit (1R = 0.25% of buying power) is a daily pause: reach it and you stop until the next session. The AutoStop at 1.5R (0.375%) automatically closes everything and ends the trading day. Two AutoStops are allowed per calendar month; a third ends the attempt.
Maximum loss
- The maximum loss equals the allocation of the level the tier opens and is static — measured from the starting balance, it does not trail up as you make profit. It ranges from 20R (5% of buying power) at Associate down to 10R (2.5%) at Principal.
Best-day rule
- If a session's net result exceeds 20% of the current profit target, the target rises to that day divided by 0.20. The attempt is never failed, nothing is clipped, and every dollar of the day still counts.
Profit share and payouts
- On the firm's real capital each calendar month is settled and profit is shared at the band's split — 50% at Associate and Trader, 55% at Senior Trader, 60% at Lead Trader, 65% at Principal, and up to 80% as a Partner. Profit is shared only above your high-water mark since the last withdrawal, so a losing month is made back before the next payout.
Fees and retries
- The participation fee is one-time and ranges from $99 (Associate) to $2,299 (Principal). The fee returns with a trader's first profit share on a real account. A second attempt costs half the tier price and can begin no earlier than the calendar month after the previous attempt ended.
Position limits
- At Associate, Associate Plus and Senior there is no single-position limit; at Lead and Principal a single position may not exceed 50% of buying power. The gross book stays at or below 100% of buying power, and no single name may exceed 0.5% of its twenty-day median daily volume. Simulated commission is $0.0015 per share ($1.50 per 1,000 shares).
Eligibility
- Prohibited strategies include high-frequency trading, tick scalping, latency, statistical and spread arbitrage, and copy or wash trading.
