Daily drawdown
- •
The maximum daily loss is a fixed amount of the initial account size, set below the previous day's end-of-day balance: 3% on FASTLANE and CHECKPOINT, 5% on VERIFIED and 4% on the $1M VERIFIED account. Equity, including floating losses, may not fall below that level at any moment, and the limit resets at 22:00 UTC. A breach fails the account.
Trailing drawdown
- •
The maximum loss on FASTLANE and CHECKPOINT is a 6% trailing drawdown, measured on equity from the highest equity reached. On a $100,000 account the floor starts at $94,000 and rises to $97,000 once equity reaches $103,000; it never moves back down.
Static drawdown
- •
The VERIFIED maximum loss is a static 10% of the initial balance (8% on the $1M account) that never moves. It is checked against equity, so open positions count, and dropping below it at any moment fails the challenge.
Consistency rule
- •
No single trading day may account for more than 50% of total realised profit, or 25% on FASTLANE. Breaking it does not close the account, but you cannot pass a phase or request a payout until further closed trades bring the best day back under the limit.
Minimum trading days
- •
Every phase and every model needs at least 5 trading days, counted as days with at least one closed position. FASTLANE also needs 3 profitable days, each closing at least 0.5% of the initial balance, before the first payout.
Single-trade profit cap
- •
A phase cannot be passed with one trade or one one-sided cluster of trades. Profit from any single trade, or from trades opened in the same or a very similar time window, may not exceed 60% of the profit required for that phase.
EAs and automated trading
- •
Every order must be placed manually. Expert Advisors, cBots, trading robots, scripts, API order entry, auto-clickers and macros are all prohibited.
Copy trading and hedging
- •
Copying anyone else's trades, mirroring trades across your own accounts, signal services and coordinated group trading are prohibited. So is hedging, whether on one account, across accounts or through correlated instruments.
Tick scalping and grid trading
- •
Opening and closing positions within ten seconds as a pattern counts as prohibited tick scalping, alongside other high-frequency methods. Grid trading, meaning stacked positions at preset price intervals without risk control over the whole structure, is also banned.
News trading
- •
News trading is allowed before, during and after releases on every model, and positions may be held overnight and over the weekend with no swap fees. Exploiting latency or price errors around news is still a prohibited practice.
VPN, VPS and multiple accounts
- •
Each person may hold one user account and up to four active challenges. Using a VPN, VPS, RDP or proxy to mask your location or IP is prohibited, and accounts sharing personal details, devices, payment methods or IP addresses can be treated as the same user.
Inactivity
- •
TRONEXO may end a challenge, trading account or funded account after 30 consecutive calendar days with no trade, and may cancel a user account that has used no service for more than 6 months.
