ARCAPITAL FUNDING Review: Rules, Profit Split & Payouts

Arcapital Funding sells a 2-step evaluation — a challenge with 8% and 5% profit targets — and an 80% profit split on the funded account that follows, on seven one-time fees of $79, $120, $260, $420, $780, $2,000 and $3,600; the account sizes behind those prices are not labelled on the page, but the firm states that “trading objectives and rules will the stay the same regardless of the accoun size”. Its own marketing copy is thin and typo-prone, support is a Mexican phone number, and service is marked limited or restricted for residents of the United States and OFAC-sanctioned countries. Claimed payouts are under $4 million. The site also carries unverifiable assertions in capitals — “we have real capital funds, regulated by legal certifiers”, “our advisors have proper licenses” — without naming a company, regulator or licence number, which is the kind of claim worth discounting entirely until it is evidenced.

Arcapital Funding's rule set is a standard white-label one, and it is fully published. Two limits cause a hard breach: a daily drawdown taken from the balance at the previous 5pm EST reset, which compounds upward as the account grows, and a maximum drawdown set at 8% of the starting balance that is static and never trails. There is also a soft-breach category where offending trades are closed but the account continues. Funded accounts run the same rules minus the profit target, an inactivity breach fires after 30 consecutive days without trading, and weekend holding is allowed although only crypto trades at the weekend. Expert advisors and other automated strategies are permitted subject to the prohibited-trading policy, and no consistency rule or minimum trading days appear anywhere in the published rules.

Two disclosures in that documentation are more informative than anything in the marketing. First, the funded account is notionally funded: “the capital in your funded Account is notional and may not match the amount of capital on deposit with the Liquidity Provider.” Second, the firm may take the other side of a trader's trades — it “may offset or negate market risk and act as the direct counterparty to certain trades” and acknowledges that this creates “an inherent potential conflict of interest because your trades do not result in net gain or loss to us”. Few firms state that as plainly, and it is the single most useful thing on the site for deciding whether to buy.

On the money: gains in a funded account are not forfeited by a hard breach — a $100,000 account grown to $110,000 and then breached still pays out the trader's portion of that $10,000 gain. A withdrawal can be requested on any day, subject to a 30-day gap between requests, by whichever outbound payment methods are available at the time, and passing the assessment requires KYC and a signed trader agreement before Arcapital Funding creates the account, typically inside 24 to 48 business hours. Traders are treated as independent contractors responsible for their own taxes, must be at least 18, and should expect card statements to read dashboardanalytix.com rather than the firm's name. Arcapital Funding also reserves the right to lift margin requirements, limit open positions, and change the loss levels at which trading is halted. Not published: the account sizes against those prices, the daily loss percentage, the platform, the instrument list, minimum trading days, any time limit, and the payout minimum.

An 8% then 5% profit target, a daily drawdown taken from the balance at the previous 5pm EST reset, and a max drawdown of 8% of the starting balance that is static and never trails. Breaching either is a hard breach, and 30 days without trading also breaches the account.

The site states traders keep 80% of account gains. A withdrawal can be requested on any day with a 30-day gap between requests, and gains are not forfeited if the account later breaches.

One-time fees of $79, $120, $260, $420, $780, $2,000 and $3,600 are listed, with the firm saying the trading objectives and rules are the same regardless of account size. The account size attached to each price is not shown on the page.

The funded account is notionally funded — the firm states the capital “is notional and may not match the amount of capital on deposit with the Liquidity Provider” — and it may act as the direct counterparty to trades, which it acknowledges creates a potential conflict of interest.

No. ARCAPITAL FUNDING is tracked but has not been through verification, which means nobody here has checked its rules, pricing and payout terms against its own documentation. That is a statement about our data, not a judgement about the firm — verification is a queue, and a long-established firm can sit in it alongside a brand-new one.

Its name, website and monthly web-traffic history, collected the same way for every firm on the site, plus a short summary written from its own published pages. We do not publish rules or pricing we have not read, rather than guessing at them.
