## Summary of My Experience With Plutus Trade Base I am documenting my experience with Plutus Trade Base (PTB) because my dispute remains unresolved. ### 1. Purchase and EA issue I purchased an instant funded account after reviewing PTB's published information regarding automated trading/EA usage. Before trading, I also sought clarification regarding EA trading and understood that it was permitted. After purchasing the account, however, I discovered that automated trading was disabled at the server level. I contacted PTB and requested either that EA trading be enabled as represented or that my purchase be refunded. ### 2. Trading and payout dispute I subsequently had accounts #27707 and #27502. The dispute concerns approximately **$99,334.44 USD in trading profits** that I requested to withdraw. PTB ultimately refused the payout, stating that their legal/compliance review had found prohibited execution practices and that their decision was final and could not be reconsidered. I dispute that conclusion and have retained the relevant trading records, communications, account information, and other evidence. ### 3. Support and communication During the dispute, I repeatedly contacted PTB through their available communication channels. On August 8, after I requested assistance, the automated support system repeatedly stated that I had multiple tickets and that I should continue with an "original active ticket." I disputed this because I had been waiting for a response and had also been banned from their Discord shortly beforehand. I subsequently submitted a formal complaint to PTB's management/legal department concerning the payout dispute. PTB later responded that its legal/compliance decision was final. I then informed them that I was escalating the matter through external dispute, regulatory, financial, and law-enforcement channels. ### 4. Further attempts to resolve the matter I continued attempting to obtain a resolution rather than simply posting publicly. I contacted relevant payment/compliance parties and submitted complaints to the authorities and organizations I considered relevant. I also preserved the communications and evidence associated with the dispute. PTB has continued to read some of my messages but, based on my latest communications, has not provided a substantive resolution or paid the disputed amount. ### 5. Current status As of **August 13, 2026**, the dispute remains unresolved. The disputed amount has not been paid, and PTB has not provided me with a resolution that I consider satisfactory. I am publishing this review to document my experience and allow others to make their own informed decisions. I am not asking readers to accept my allegations without evidence. I have retained the underlying documentation, including communications, trading records, payout-related correspondence, and support interactions, and I am prepared to provide the appropriate evidence to relevant authorities or dispute-resolution organizations. I would welcome a substantive written response from PTB addressing the specific issues above, particularly: 1. The basis for disabling EA/automated trading after purchase. 2. The specific rule allegedly violated by accounts #27707 and #27502. 3. The evidence supporting the payout denial. 4. How that rule was communicated and applied at the time I purchased and traded the accounts. 5. Why the disputed $99,334.44 USD has not been paid. **This review reflects my experience and the status of the dispute as of August 13, 2026.**
