Sabio Trade Review: Rules, Profit Split & Payouts

SabioTrade is a forex and multi-asset prop firm that pairs a one-step evaluation, which it calls the assessment, with its own trading academy, mentorship and a QuadCode-powered trading platform. Its tariff table lists five 1-step accounts: Essential ($20,000 for $119), Plus ($50,000 for $289), Advanced ($100,000 for $479), Ultimate ($200,000 for $939) and Prime ($650,000 for $2,989). Pro 3 ($259) and Pro 12 ($829) bundle 3 or 12 $20,000 assessment accounts with longer academy access. Traders can trade forex, stocks, commodities, indices, ETFs and crypto. SabioTrade is operated by CODEVIL IT ENGINEERING LIMITED, registered in Dublin, Ireland, and says it cannot accept U.S. citizens, even those living abroad.

Every listed tariff sets a 10% profit target on closed balance, a 5% daily loss limit and a 6% maximum trailing drawdown that follows the highest closed balance and counts open losses. There is no time limit and no minimum number of trading days, but an account is breached after more than 30 days without a new trade. The SabioTrade consistency rule is the one most likely to catch traders: no single day or single trade may exceed 55% of total profit, on both assessment and funded accounts. Hedging, scalping, high-frequency trading and arbitrage are prohibited, EAs and trade copiers need written approval, and whether positions can be held over the weekend depends on the package. After the first payout, equity must stay above the starting balance.

The profit split is 80% on Essential and Plus and 90% on Advanced, Ultimate and Prime, and SabioTrade may cut it to 70% on a funded account flagged for high-risk trading. Payouts can be requested every 7 days once positions are closed, and the FAQ says they are processed within 24 hours, by bank transfer, crypto wallet or Amaiz Wallet for EU residents. A payout also needs at least 5–7 trades of comparable size. The terms state there are no refunds on any service.

Consistently placing trades just before news releases is treated as prohibited gambling; no news blackout window is published.

Automated and semi-automated trading, including EAs, bots, scripts and APIs, is prohibited unless SabioTrade approves it in writing.

Trade copiers fall under the same automated-trading ban unless approved in writing.

Hedging, including hedging across accounts, is not permitted.

Scalping and high-frequency trading are prohibited, as are arbitrage and exploiting latency or platform errors.

No single trading day and no single trade may account for more than 55% of total profit, on assessment and funded accounts.

Some account packages do not allow weekend holding; on those, positions must be closed by Friday 3:45pm EST.

Positions can be held overnight with overnight fees, except on Day Trading accounts, which close every position at the end of the trading day.

There is no minimum number of trading days; hitting the 10% target within hours still passes the assessment.

The assessment has no time limit as long as at least one trade is placed every 30 days.

Traders are limited to one active account per assessment level unless SabioTrade approves more in writing.

Accounts are for personal use only and may not be shared.

After the first payout on a funded account, equity must stay above the initial account balance.

For assessments bought on or after February 2nd, 2026, a funded account breach ends the account and forfeits any remaining profits.

How Sabio Trade compares in size

Measured on estimated monthly website visits for August 2026, Sabio Trade ranks 72 of the 477 prop firms Prop Firm Pal tracks — larger than 85% of them, at roughly 191.71K visits a month.

The ranking covers every firm measured between June 2026 and August 2026, each on its own latest reading in that window. Firms last measured before June 2026 are left out rather than shown with a stale figure, so the total moves month to month.

Size is not quality. A large firm is one that markets successfully, and several of the most visited firms in this ranking have the strictest rules; some of the smallest pay out reliably to everyone who asks. What the ranking is useful for is scale — whether you are looking at an established operation or something very new.

FAQs

How much does a SabioTrade challenge cost?

SabioTrade's 1-step tariffs cost $119 for $20,000, $289 for $50,000, $479 for $100,000, $939 for $200,000 and $2,989 for $650,000. Pro 3 ($259) and Pro 12 ($829) include 3 or 12 $20,000 assessment accounts. Prices are shown in EUR in Europe and GBP in the UK.

What are the SabioTrade rules?

Every listed SabioTrade tariff requires a 10% profit target on closed balance, with a 5% daily loss limit and a 6% maximum trailing drawdown. It also applies a 55% consistency rule, bans hedging, scalping and HFT, and breaches an account after more than 30 days without a trade.

How does the SabioTrade trailing drawdown work?

The 6% trailing drawdown is measured from the highest closed balance, using 6% of the initial balance, and open losses count toward it. After the first payout on a funded account, equity must also stay above the starting balance.

What is SabioTrade's profit split?

SabioTrade pays 80% on the Essential and Plus accounts and 90% on Advanced, Ultimate and Prime, from the first payout. The terms let it cut the split to 70% on a funded account flagged for high-risk trading or given a documented warning.

Does SabioTrade have a consistency rule?

Yes. No single trading day and no single trade may make up more than 55% of total profit, on both assessment and funded accounts. If one day goes over, the profit target rises so that the day stays within 55%.
