UpProfit Review: Rules, Profit Split & Payouts

UProfit is a futures prop firm, funding traders since 2019 by its own account, whose current evaluations are UProfit Soft and UProfit Flex, each at $50,000, $100,000 and $150,000. Traders trade CME, NYMEX and COMEX futures on TradingView or Tradoverse, pass a simulated evaluation, then move to a Virtual Live account that UProfit describes as a demo environment paying a 90% profit split; the firm says top performers can go on to a Funded Live stage with real capital. Soft and Flex share the same targets and end-of-day drawdown. The difference is the daily loss limit, which Soft has and Flex does not.

Every size carries a 6% profit target ($3,000, $6,000 or $9,000) and an EOD trailing drawdown of $2,000, $3,000 or $4,500 that follows the highest end-of-day balance until it reaches the starting balance. Soft adds a daily loss limit of $1,100, $2,200 or $3,000; hitting it stops trading until the next market open instead of breaching the account. There is no time limit to pass, but no single day may exceed 50% of total profit. The UProfit rules that most often end accounts: all positions must be closed by 4:10 PM ET, so there are no overnight or weekend holds; a Live Virtual account breaches after a week without a trade or when it trades more contracts than its scaling level allows; and any VPN or VPS use closes every associated account and forfeits profits. Copy trading is allowed only through UProfit's own tool and between your own accounts, up to 20 evaluations and 3 Virtual Live accounts.

UProfit payouts need at least 3 profit days per request, a highest profit day under 40% of profit since the last withdrawal, and a balance above the non-withdrawable SafetyNet ($2,500 on 50K). Each request is capped at 3% of account size, and the account closes after its sixth withdrawal. Payments go out through Rise or Finrock (USDC on ERC20 only) within 24 business hours after market close. The terms state that all sales are final with no refunds, and KYC must be passed before a Live account is assigned. Evaluation resets, Live Virtual resets and a commission of $5 per E-Mini are published, but the monthly subscription is only shown beside a discounted price. UProfit accepts no users from nine countries, including Iran, Cuba and North Korea.

Placing opposing or identical trades across separate accounts to reduce risk collectively is prohibited.

Exploiting delayed or external data feeds is prohibited, and scalping is judged partly on how much profit comes from trades lasting under 60 seconds.

No single day may exceed 50% of total profit to pass the evaluation, or 40% in the Live Virtual phase to request a withdrawal; missing it is not a breach.

Positions cannot be held over the weekend; anything open at the Friday 4:10 PM ET close is closed by the system.

All positions must be closed by 4:10 PM ET each day, as holding between sessions is not allowed.

Each withdrawal request needs at least 3 profit days, which do not have to be consecutive.

There is no time limit to pass a Soft or Flex evaluation.

A trader may hold up to 20 evaluations and 3 Virtual Live accounts, and 1 active Funded Live account.

Outsourced trading is prohibited: detected VPN or VPS use closes all associated accounts and forfeits accumulated profits.

UpProfit web traffic, month by month

Prop Firm Pal has tracked UpProfit's website traffic every month since November 2025. In August 2026 the site received an estimated 28.59K visits, down 6% on the month before and down 67% over three months.

Its busiest month on record was November 2025 at roughly 149.90K visits. Traffic now is 81% below that peak.

A fall of this size over a quarter is the pattern that most often precedes a firm winding down, though it is not proof of it on its own — marketing spend, seasonality and a single lost traffic source all produce the same shape. It is worth weighing before paying for an evaluation.

These are third-party estimates of website visits, collected once a month and stored against the month they describe. They are not trader counts, funded-account numbers or revenue.

How UpProfit compares in size

Measured on estimated monthly website visits for August 2026, UpProfit ranks 155 of the 477 prop firms Prop Firm Pal tracks — larger than 68% of them, at roughly 28.59K visits a month.

The ranking covers every firm measured between June 2026 and August 2026, each on its own latest reading in that window. Firms last measured before June 2026 are left out rather than shown with a stale figure, so the total moves month to month.

Size is not quality. A large firm is one that markets successfully, and several of the most visited firms in this ranking have the strictest rules; some of the smallest pay out reliably to everyone who asks. What the ranking is useful for is scale — whether you are looking at an established operation or something very new.

FAQs

What is UProfit's profit split?

UProfit pays 90% of profits on Soft and Flex Live Virtual accounts from the first withdrawal. The split applies to profit above the SafetyNet threshold, and each request is capped at 3% of account size.

What are the UProfit rules for the Soft and Flex evaluations?

Both need a 6% profit target ($3,000 on 50K, $6,000 on 100K, $9,000 on 150K) with a 50% consistency rule and no time limit. Soft adds a daily loss limit of $1,100, $2,200 or $3,000; Flex has no daily loss limit.

How does the UProfit trailing drawdown work?

It is an end-of-day drawdown of $2,000 on 50K, $3,000 on 100K and $4,500 on 150K that moves up with the highest end-of-day balance until it reaches the starting balance. Touching it at any time during the day breaches the account.

Does UProfit have a consistency rule?

Yes. No single day may exceed 50% of total profit to pass the evaluation, and 40% in the Live Virtual phase to request a withdrawal. The 40% count restarts after each withdrawal, and missing either level blocks progress rather than breaching the account.

How do UProfit payouts work?

Each request needs at least 3 profit days, 40% consistency and a balance above the SafetyNet, and is capped at 3% of account size ($1,500 on 50K). Payments are processed within 24 business hours after market close through Rise or Finrock in USDC, and an account closes after 6 withdrawals.
