Ylos Trading Review: Rules, Profit Split & Payouts

Ylos Trading is a futures prop firm, operated by Ylos Trading Funding INC, whose site is written in Portuguese for traders taking on the US market. Every account trades on BlackArrow, Nelogica's platform, and only a published list of CME, CBOT, COMEX and NYMEX futures: equity index, crypto, currency, Treasury, agricultural, metals and energy contracts, with no forex and no Brazilian assets. Traders choose a Standard challenge, which charges a one-time activation fee after passing, a No Activation Fee challenge, a Freedom account, or Instant Funding with no evaluation, in sizes up to $300K and with up to 20 active accounts at once.

On a 25K account the Ylos Trading challenge sets a $1,500 profit target and a $1,500 maximum loss ($1,200 on Freedom), with up to 4 mini contracts. The challenge uses an EOD drawdown, but the account is blocked the moment the balance falls below the limit intraday; it needs at least 1 trading day, activity every 7 days, and activation within 7 days of passing. Once funded, the drawdown trails in real time until profit reaches the drawdown plus $100, then locks. The rules that most often end funded accounts: no open position at a news release, every trade closed by 3:30 PM Chicago time, a consistency rule of 40% on Standard and No Activation and 30% on Instant Funding and Freedom, a median rule capping any single loss at five times the median winning trade, and sudden jumps in contract size. Freedom accounts skip the news, median and contract rules. Bots are banned except the firm's Order Replicator, as are cross-account hedging and martingale.

The Ylos Trading profit split is 100% of the first $15,000 in total profit across all accounts, 90% up to $30,000 and 80% above. Standard and No Activation withdrawals need 10 trading days with 7 winning days of $50, Instant Funding 5 days of $200, and a balance above the buffer. The minimum payout is $500, and the first 4 withdrawals within 60 days are capped from $1,500 (25K) to $3,500 (300K). Compliance reviews a request within 1 business day, then pays the Ylos Wallet within 24 to 48 business hours; a breach before payment cancels it. Funded trades carry brokerage commissions, and the pages read publish no refund policy, restricted-country list or fixed price list.

News trading is allowed in challenge accounts; funded accounts must be flat at the moment of a release and may trade immediately after it, Freedom accounts carry no news restriction, and bracketing news with pending orders on both sides is prohibited.

No automation of any kind (bots, algorithms, EAs) is allowed on any account, except the official Ylos Order Replicator.

Copying trades is allowed only through the Ylos Order Replicator between your own accounts contracted in the Ylos panel; copying external signals, other copiers and challenge-passing services are prohibited.

Hedging is allowed within a single account, but opposing positions on the same or correlated instruments across accounts, your own or someone else's, are prohibited.

Martingale, aggressive grid systems and all-in progressions are prohibited.

Latency and all other arbitrage, abuse of platform errors, and microscalping (trades held 30 seconds or less) in most trades are prohibited.

The balance consistency rule applies to funded and Instant Funding accounts only: no day may reach 40% of net profit in the withdrawal window on Standard and No Activation accounts (30% after $30,000 and 20% after $50,000 in total payouts), or 30% on Instant Funding and Freedom accounts (20% after $50,000).

On funded accounts a single trade's loss may not exceed five times the median of your winning trades, and abrupt changes in contract size count as a consistency breach.

Swing trading and holding positions over the weekend are not allowed.

All positions must be closed at least 30 minutes before the end of the trading day; a position left open after the close blocks the account and resets its balance to zero.

Challenges need at least 1 trading day; funded withdrawals need 10 trading days with 7 winning days of at least $50 on Standard and No Activation accounts, 10 days on Freedom, or 5 days of at least $200 net profit on Instant Funding.

A passed challenge must be activated within 7 days or it is cancelled.

Each user may hold up to 20 active accounts, and up to 5 Freedom accounts.

Only the listed CME, CBOT, COMEX and NYMEX futures may be traded; forex and Brazilian assets are not allowed.

Account sharing, or letting someone else trade on your behalf, is prohibited.

If an account breaches while a withdrawal is pending, the withdrawal is cancelled and the funds are lost.

How Ylos Trading compares in size

Measured on estimated monthly website visits for August 2026, Ylos Trading ranks 81 of the 477 prop firms Prop Firm Pal tracks — larger than 83% of them, at roughly 139.54K visits a month.

The ranking covers every firm measured between June 2026 and August 2026, each on its own latest reading in that window. Firms last measured before June 2026 are left out rather than shown with a stale figure, so the total moves month to month.

Size is not quality. A large firm is one that markets successfully, and several of the most visited firms in this ranking have the strictest rules; some of the smallest pay out reliably to everyone who asks. What the ranking is useful for is scale — whether you are looking at an established operation or something very new.

FAQs

What is the Ylos Trading profit split?

Ylos Trading pays 100% of the first $15,000 in profit, measured across all of a trader's accounts. Between $15,000 and $30,000 the split is 90%, and above $30,000 it is 80%, deducted at the time of withdrawal.

What are the Ylos Trading drawdown rules?

Challenge accounts use an end-of-day (EOD) drawdown, but the account is blocked immediately if the balance drops below the limit during the day. Funded accounts switch to a real-time trailing drawdown that follows the balance tick by tick until profit reaches the drawdown plus $100; on a $50,000 account with a $2,500 drawdown, the limit locks at $50,100.

Does Ylos Trading have a consistency rule?

Yes, on funded and Instant Funding accounts, not in the challenge. No single day may reach 40% of net profit in the withdrawal window on Standard and No Activation accounts, or 30% on Instant Funding and Freedom accounts, and the limit tightens to 20% once total payouts pass $50,000.

How do Ylos Trading payouts work?

Standard and No Activation funded accounts can withdraw after 10 trading days with 7 winning days of at least $50, and Instant Funding accounts after 5 days of at least $200 net profit, with the balance above the buffer (drawdown plus $100). The minimum is $500; compliance reviews within 1 business day and the payment reaches the Ylos Wallet within 24 to 48 business hours, from where it can go to a bank account.

How much can you withdraw from a Ylos Trading account?

The first 4 withdrawals within 60 days are capped by account size: $1,500 on 25K, $2,000 on 50K, $2,500 on 100K, $2,750 on 150K, $3,000 on 250K and $3,500 on 300K. Up to 50% of the buffer can also be withdrawn, and the minimum withdrawal is $500.
