Shark Futures Review: Rules, Profit Split & Payouts
Shark Futures is a futures prop firm run by UAB Propfirms, a company registered in Vilnius, Lithuania. It sells two one-phase evaluations, Basic and Basic Plus, plus Instant PRO, an instant funding account with no challenge. Every program comes in $25,000, $50,000, $100,000 and $150,000 sizes, trades CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX futures on Volumetrica or TradeSea (Rithmic), and uses an end-of-day (EOD) trailing drawdown. Shark Futures lists a $0 activation fee and a 90% profit split on PRO and Instant PRO accounts.
The two evaluations share profit targets of $1,500, $3,000, $6,000 and $9,000 and a 30-calendar-day time limit, but trade off different rules. Basic has a 40% consistency rule, no daily loss limit, trailing drawdowns of $1,000, $2,000, $3,000 and $4,500, and at least 3 trading days. Basic Plus has no consistency rule but a daily loss limit of $600 to $3,750, drawdowns of $1,000 to $5,000, and can be passed in 1 trading day. Instant PRO accounts trail $1,250 to $6,000 by size. Once funded, PRO accounts carry a 35% consistency rule and Instant PRO a 20% one, and the Shark Futures consistency rule counts losing days as well as winning ones. News trading is allowed on every account, but all positions must be closed by 4:15 PM EST, weekend holding is not allowed, and hedging, martingale strategies and automated trading without approval are prohibited.
Shark Futures payouts have no fixed schedule. Each payout cycle needs 6 qualifying days of at least $150 profit on PRO or 8 on Instant PRO, plus the account's profit target and consistency rule, and each request is capped by account size and payout number. The minimum payout is $250, paid through Rise by bank transfer, crypto or e-wallet, and the firm says most first payouts land in 2 to 5 business days. Traders can hold up to 5 PRO and Instant PRO accounts at once. Prices differ between the firm's own pricing cards and help-centre articles, a 5% convenience fee applies to every transaction, and the terms set a no-refund policy unless the product is proven faulty.

Shark Futures web traffic, month by month
Prop Firm Pal has tracked Shark Futures's website traffic every month since June 2026. In September 2026 the site received an estimated 31.16K visits, up 25% on the month before and up 623% over three months.
Growth of this size usually means active marketing rather than anything about payout reliability. A firm can grow quickly and still have strict rules.
These are third-party estimates of website visits, collected once a month and stored against the month they describe. They are not trader counts, funded-account numbers or revenue.

How Shark Futures compares in size
Measured on estimated monthly website visits for September 2026, Shark Futures ranks 152 of the 467 prop firms Prop Firm Pal tracks — larger than 67% of them, at roughly 31.16K visits a month.
The ranking covers every firm measured between July 2026 and September 2026, each on its own latest reading in that window. Firms last measured before July 2026 are left out rather than shown with a stale figure, so the total moves month to month.
Size is not quality. A large firm is one that markets successfully, and several of the most visited firms in this ranking have the strictest rules; some of the smallest pay out reliably to everyone who asks. What the ranking is useful for is scale — whether you are looking at an established operation or something very new.

FAQs
What is the Shark Futures profit split?
Shark Futures pays a 90% profit split on PRO accounts, earned by passing a Basic or Basic Plus evaluation, and on Instant PRO accounts. Payouts are made through Rise, with a $250 minimum request.
What are the Shark Futures drawdown rules?
Every Shark Futures account uses an end-of-day (EOD) trailing drawdown. Basic accounts trail $1,000, $2,000, $3,000 and $4,500 by size; Basic Plus trails $1,000 to $5,000 and adds a daily loss limit of $600 to $3,750; Instant PRO trails $1,250 to $6,000.
Does Shark Futures have a consistency rule?
Yes, on every account except Basic Plus. The limit is 40% in the Basic evaluation, 35% on PRO funded accounts and 20% on Instant PRO, and no single day, winning or losing, may exceed that share of total profit; Basic Plus uses a daily loss limit instead.
How do Shark Futures payouts work?
There is no fixed payout schedule. Each cycle needs 6 qualifying days of at least $150 profit on PRO or 8 on Instant PRO, the account's profit target and consistency rule, and each request is capped by account size and payout number; the minimum is $250, paid through Rise, and most first payouts land in 2 to 5 business days.
Does Shark Futures offer instant funding?
Yes. Instant PRO accounts at $25,000, $50,000, $100,000 and $150,000 skip the evaluation and pay a 90% profit split, but each payout cycle needs 8 qualifying days, a profit target and a 20% consistency rule.
