Prop Firms That Left Over Cookie Stuffing: The Full List

As of 6 November 2026, 23 prop firm brands have cut ties with a large comparison site over cookie stuffing allegations, and 19 of them announced it in their own words. If you hold an account with one of them, none of the statements we read asks you to do anything. If you hold a discount code that came from that site, assume it no longer works and check the price at checkout before you pay.

Cookie stuffing is the allegation behind these exits. A click on the site opened the firm's website through the site's affiliate link in an extra tab, which could put the site's affiliate cookie in your browser over anyone else's. On 31 October the site said: "This should not have happened. We take full responsibility for it." In a statement on 2 November it says the behaviour in question ran from October 2025 on "Copy Code" and "Buy" clicks, was disabled on 29 October and was removed from the live site on 31 October. It also says prices and discounts were unchanged. We explain how referral credit works in our guide to affiliate links and discount codes. This post is the list, and what it means for you.

Nineteen firms have said so themselves on X, between 30 October and 2 November 2026. Four more brands appear on third-party lists with no statement of their own. The table runs in the order the statements appeared, with those four at the end. Market comes from our firm data.

Four firms name cookies directly: Lucid Trading, Alpha Capital and BrightFunded cite the site's "cookie practices", and Finotive cites "allegations of cookie stuffing". Seven more point to tracking or referral practices: Take Profit Trader, FundedElite, FuturesElite, Tradeify, YLOS Trading, Funded Futures Family and Earn2Trade. The other eight posted in the same wave without giving a reason in the words we could read.

Count as of 6 November 2026. Statements read on X on 6 November, in the wording available to us; market from Prop Firm Pal firm data. "Not stated" and "Not mentioned" refer to that wording. "Other" rows sit outside the futures and CFD split below.

Three rows need a word of explanation.

  • Topstep dropped a paid listing, and it describes no affiliate deal. Its CEO's words, and his own claim: "we are dropping [the site].. we didn't have a code and we paid them $10k a month to list us".
  • Vest rests on a reply from a team account, described as "a quick clarification from our team". It is the weakest source of the 19, because it did not come from the firm's main account.
  • FundingPips is reported as saying the "affiliate partnership is terminated". We have that wording from a search snippet of its CEO's post.

You will see other totals. A logo graphic from an X news account showed 21 on 31 October, and a trade report on 2 November said "About 21 brands". Earn2Trade only left on 2 November, after that graphic, and Traders Launch was not on it. Of the 19 statements, 17 are dated 30 October, one 31 October and one 2 November. We found nothing newer up to 6 November.

How do the 23 split by market?

Futures brands lead 10 to 8 over CFD evaluation brands among 18 of the 23. The other five sit outside this split.

  • Futures10
  • CFD evaluation8
  • Not placed5

Brands out as of 6 November 2026, by market in Prop Firm Pal firm data. Not placed: YLOS Trading, Vest, Traders Launch, Earn2Trade and the second Tradeify logo.

The futures lead comes entirely from the sister brands. Count only firms that made a statement and the split reverses, with 7 futures and 8 CFD evaluation. All three sister brands we can place are futures lines: BrightFunded Futures, Finotive Futures and Goat Funded Futures. If you trade futures, then, 3 of the 10 brands on your side of the list have said nothing themselves.

The allocation column differs by market too. All 10 futures brands show $150,000 in our data. The 8 CFD evaluation brands run from $300,000 at FundingPips to $3,200,000 at Finotive Funding.

Is my account affected?

YLOS Trading is the only firm of the 19 whose wording answers this, and it says no.

YLOS Trading is no longer partnered with [the site]. As of today, [the site] promo codes and affiliate links for YLOS are deactivated. Accounts you've already purchased are not affected. Your evaluations, funded accounts and payouts continue as normal.

YLOS Trading, @ylostrading, posted on X, 30 October 2026

The other 18 statements, in the wording we read, say nothing about accounts, in either direction. They describe a firm ending its deal with the site. So we won't extend the YLOS answer to anyone else on its behalf. Several of the copies we read were cut short, so a firm may have said more than we saw.

If you want it in writing for your own firm, ask its support team directly and keep the reply. For the four sister brands, that is the only route, since they have published nothing of their own.

Does an old code from that site still work?

Probably not at the 10 firms that addressed it, and that is the only group where you have the firm's word. Lucid Trading, Take Profit Trader, Goat Funded Trader, Finotive Funding, BrightFunded, FundedElite, FuturesElite, FXIFY, YLOS Trading and Funded Futures Family all address codes or links in their statements.

10 of 19statements address codes or links tied to the site
8 of 19do not mention codes in the wording we read
1 of 19says no code existed (Topstep's CEO)

The wording varies. Lucid said on 30 October that its links and codes "will be deprecated", in the future tense. Funded Futures Family paused the codes first, saying "Earlier today, we paused" them, and then terminated later that day. For the 8 firms that did not mention codes, a code may or may not still apply. We can't tell you which.

The site says that where a partnership ended, "we do not display the associated offers". So the code most likely to catch you out is one you saved earlier, in a note or a bookmark.

Do I need to do anything?

With an account, no statement asks you to act. With a saved code, the rule is one line: if the firm is in the table and the code came from that site, assume it is dead, and judge the price by what checkout shows you. The table below splits it by what you actually hold.

What you holdWhat the firm has saidWhat to do
A code from the site, at one of the 10 firms aboveCodes or links addressedTreat it as dead. Get a current discount before you buy.
A code from the site, at a firm marked "Not mentioned"Nothing on codes in the wording we readTry it, and pay only if the total at checkout shows the discount.
A code from the site, at a sister brandNo statement of its ownSame checkout test. Ask support if the discount fails.
A code from somewhere elseThese statements are about the site's codes. Vest also ended a deal with one other affiliate, and Tradeify says "We'll be looking closely at all of our affiliates going forward"Same checkout test. Nothing here says your code has stopped working.
An account you already boughtYLOS: not affected. Others: silent in the wording we readKeep trading to your rules. Ask support if you want written confirmation.

Decision rule by Prop Firm Pal, based on the 19 statements as of 6 November 2026.

If you are about to buy, the check takes under a minute:

  1. Find the firm in the table. Note whether it addressed codes.
  2. Enter your code at checkout. Read the total before you pay, since the total is what counts.
  3. If the discount is missing, stop. Find a current offer before you go ahead at full price.

Where can I get a discount now?

Start with the firm's own website, then check our prop firm offers page. A firm's own site is the only place that can speak for its current pricing. Prop Firm Pal may earn a commission on some links on the offers page, and says so there.

Should an exit change where I trade?

Not on this evidence. Of the 19 statements, none speaks to trading rules, and the only one that speaks to payouts is YLOS, which says they "continue as normal". An exit tells you a firm ended a deal with one site. It tells you nothing about how that firm treats your drawdown or your withdrawal.

The reverse holds too. A firm missing from the table has told us nothing either way, and no firm we found has publicly said it is staying. A listing on a site is not a decision by the firm.

So choose on what touches your account. Compare firms side by side on rules and cost, and check payout terms on our payouts page. For a firm in the table, its profile link above is the place to start.
